Refuse Transfer Station set up by AG Enviro Infra Projects Private Limited
A transfer station has been set up for the our Solid Waste Management (PPP) project of Delhi to transfer 600 tonnes of MSW per day. The compaction units are imported from Marathon (USA). Three Nos. of RJ 450 machines of Marathon make have been mounted. The hook lift mounted on Indian chassis are also from Marathon USA, and HIAB. The project commenced on Dec 2005 was for a period of nine years. This transfer station is the first of its kind in the country Fully trained and experienced manpower is put on place to operate and maintain the transfer station. The idea behind setting up this facility is to reduce the cost incurred in transporting the waste from site to dump site which is 25 Kms away from the worksite.
